Located near grand canal, the hotel had easy access to aviva stadium. Convenient to have a bar in the reception. Room was a good value. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Jewel in the Crown that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
None.
-
lay out style and cleanliness of bar, restaurant and hotel foyer
noise of outside boiler which was operating all night. even though this is a complaint I cannot but comment of the poor restaurant food, cold and over cooked - a big disapointment also hotel stay over priced.
-
The breakfast was very good. The special meal was offer for 2 nights didn't change.
We upgraded to a junior suite to find the shower area was very small
-
I found all the staff very helpful and accommodating. All my dietary needs were fulfilled without question.
Rooms were structurally run down. Food is overpriced for the quality received.
-
The view of the Aviva Stadium from our room. The surroundings looked particularly picturesque in the snow.
There was no shower cap in the room.

Location
Manner of receptionist on arrival was appauling, insisted on us paying for parking eventhough it clearly stated on our booking that I had paid for it. Receptionist on departing the hotel was really lovely and removed the charge as she saw it was not right.... Advice: Train staff properly to read internet bookings

Bed was very comfortable. Decor downstairs very nice. Staff friendly. Excellent location, close to dart, Aviva and walking distance to town.
I don't think this is a four star hotel. It is more like a higher end three star. There was a phone in the bathroom and not the bedroom which was a bit weird.

Closeness to where we need to be for that particular weekend
Having prepaid for parking, it wasn't readily available, and it was always a hassle trying to park the car. We asked at reception after arrival to get the TV fixed, but unfortunately this was not done at all
-
Our room was on the fifth floor and there was an awful smell in the corridor.
-
Great Location, Good atmosphere on the weekend of the rugby match. Good room, if a little dated and worn.Staff eficient and friendly.
Sink drain was half blocked with silicone and overflow was dirty. The bedroom doors were a bad fit.
-
Good location, close to Aviva Stadium.
Room was a bit dated and also uncomfortably warm even with the radiator controls turned way down. An extremely noisy air conditioning unit right outside our room window left us with a choice of putting up with the heat or getting no sleep from the noise if we opened the window for some fresh air.

We had a wonderful stay, although I would comment on Reception - I felt the girl on reception on Sat morning Nirvana did a wonderful job but felt she was under pressure on her own.
-
Godd all-round quality ranging from responsiveness of staff to the quality and value for money of the food.
There was confusion about the bill which included items I had not ordered and there was a double posting of an item. The bill was presented to me without staff checking obvious mistakes. The matter was resolved satisfactorily.

The orginal price before add-ons!!
- The additional charges for internet & car park. As a business user i have a budget to keep within, when making the booking i wasn't aware of extra charges, I booked two rooms for the company and when the additional charges were applied didnt see tha value. I stay in hotels 3/4 days a week it was my 1st stay at D4 and based on the internet/carpark charges wouldn't stay again. There are other hotels that include internet & car-park in their price for the business person!!! If you shange these and info me possible we might use your hotel again.
